WATCH: John Cena On His Future

John Cena appeared on ESPN’s
SportsCenter on Tuesday night to talk
to Jonathan Coachman about WWE.
Coachman hyped the WWE Draft and
promoted SmackDown being live every
Tuesday night. Highlights from
SmackDown and Cena’s career were
shown.
Coachman asked about the WWE Draft
and how it will change how fans watch
the product. Cena plugged the WWE
Network and said that the fans are
watching both ESPN and WWE Network
at the same time during this interview.
Cena followed up by hyping the WWE
Draft and the brand extension and said
that this is a new way that WWE will
entertain the fans.
When asked about hosting the ESPY’s,
Cena explained that it was nerve
racking, but he was very happy with
the whole show and thought it was
very entertaining. Cena added that
there were several good moments
throughout the show. When asked if
he met someone that meant a lot to
him and Cena said that was former NFL
quarterback Peyton Manning because
he is a good person and has a great
perspective on life.
When asked about Brock Lesnar failing
two drug tests, Cena said that there
was a lot of hype with Lesnar’s return
to MMA and thought Lesnar did well in
the fight. Cena said that when news

the way people think about his
performance. Cena added that Lesnar
has a hard road ahead of him.

WWE roster, Cena believes that NXT is
good for the company as it produces
more Superstars and thinks that WWE
has three brands now. Cena said that

and thinks it is a great time to be a fan.
Cena will team with Enzo Amore and
Big Cass at Battleground. Cena was
asked about them, and he said that
they made a good impression with the
fans when they were called up to the
main roster but believes that they
have to be authentic throughout their
careers to make it in WWE for the long
haul.
Coachman brought up his injuries,
Cena said that he always comes back
from injury and noted that he is
coming off a shoulder injury. Cena
praised the passion of the fans and

Ronda Rousey: I want to win my belt back

Former UFC women’s bantamweight
champion Ronda Rousey (12-1) has
not fought since losing to Holly Holm
at UFC 193 by second round knockout.
Rousey recently participated in a
conference with host Robin Roberts at
which she was asked point blank what
she hasn’t done that she wants to do.
“I want to win my belt back. Ear muffs
for all the little kids. They told me not
to swear. But here is my mom’s
favorite momism,” Rousey explained.
“This is the advice her coach gave her.
I was a little pre-teen when she gave
this to me cause I went to the Junior
Nationals and I lost my first Junior
Nationals. I ended up fighting (the
same girl) again later, and my mom
she like pulled me aside to the mat and
she’s like I’m going to tell you what my
coach told me when she lost the
French Open and ended up winning
the World Championships later. I’m
going to tell you what he told me —
‘Winning’s a (expletive) but revenge is
a mother (expletive)’. You go get her!”
