- As noted earlier, although Bayley
was not drafted she was still heavily
rumored to be Sasha Banks' mystery
partner for this Sunday's Battleground
PPV. However, this week's Wrestling
Observer Newsletter is reporting that
the next round of NXT callups aren't to
be expected until the fall, and that
Bayley is one of the names in that
batch.
- It is also being reported that Kota
Ibushi, Cedric Alexander, Gran Metalik,
and Akira Tozawa have all been
offered contracts, and that they all are
probable to sign.
- WWE is also polling fans on which
brand has the better roster, and as of
this writing SmackDown is leading the
charge.
